After I received my certification from the French Culinary Institute in NYC, I began preparing gourmet food for several of my personal training clients. My goal was to show them that it is possible to make great progress and attain their fitness goals by training smart and eating responsibly.

One of my clients lost 21 pounds in two months while going through my training program and eating gourmet food.  I feel that you can enjoy great flavorful food while pursuing your fitness goals, the key is to exercise some control and to not over-consume these foods. I try to get people to understand the difference between enjoying food and eating for enjoyment. Whenever I tell people that I Love Food they say “Yeah, but you can probably eat anything that you want and not gain weight.” That’s true, only because I workout on a consistent basis and eat the foods I love in moderation.
