Urban Spider Training

Urban Spider Training™ is now available within The Resistance Studio.

Urban Spider Training™ is a Transition Training program that was created based upon the five major components of a full body workout, Strength, Stability, Agility, Stamina and Flexibility. This training method will provide you with an intense total body workout regardless of your physical conditioning. This program is unique in that as your level of conditioning improves the more challenging it becomes. 

- The Urban Spider Training™ program is designed for individuals who are in fairly good physical condition.
