The Resistance Studio will be providing group training classes effective December 1.
We did not set up our group training classes to cram as many people in one session as possible.
Our Group Training classes are designed to have between 4 and 8 participants per session.
With a smaller group we are able to give each person the appropriate attention and instruction so that they can get the most from their workout.
